How it works…
Program Structure Options
We offer flexible options to suit your needs and context. All these options ideally include a 2-hour pre-session on Zoom.
Full-Day Intensive: One 8-hour session (in-person)
Retreat Format: Two 4-hour or four 2-hour daily sessions (in-person)
Online Format: 2 hours per week for 5 consecutive weeks (live via Zoom, includes 2-hour pre-session)
