be* at your best

A six week programme for parents and caregivers

Because who you are being matters. You matter.

Helping you reconnect with yourself and your child.

A nourishing and transformative group programme for parents/caregivers who are struggling to be at their best.

  • You love your child deeply but feel worried, overwhelmed or exhausted.

  • You feel like you're carrying everything and everyone.

  • Your child is struggling emotionally, mentally or behaviourally and you don't know what to do.

  • You find yourself losing patience, losing your temper and weeping with frustration.

  • Home feels stressful and you're longing for more peace, connection and ease.

  • You feel responsible for fixing things, but nothing seems to be working.

  • You are tired of second-guessing yourself and wondering if you're getting it wrong.

  • You want to feel more confident, grounded and able to navigate whatever parenting is asking of you.

  • You want to reconnect with yourself, your child and what really matters.

is this for you?

you are
not alone.

Parenting can be wonderful, joyful and deeply meaningful. It can also be exhausting, confusing, heartbreaking and at times completely overwhelming.

Many of us spend years focused on our children, our partners, our work and everyone else's needs. We become experts at holding things together, carrying responsibility and putting one foot in front of the other. Yet quietly, underneath it all, we can lose touch with ourselves. We forget what helps us feel grounded, connected and truly well.

Perhaps your child is struggling. Perhaps you are struggling. Perhaps both.
All of you is welcome.

all of you is welcome

be* at your best is a gentle but powerful five-week experience designed to help parents step back from the noise and reconnect with what really matters.

This is not a parenting course. It is not therapy. It is not about becoming a perfect parent. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with your innate health and wellbeing and discovering what helps you be at your best, especially when life is at its most challenging.

Together we will explore what gets in the way of us being at our best, why stress and emotional pressure affect us so deeply and what becomes possible when we slow down, listen and reconnect with ourselves.

When we are more grounded, present and connected, everything changes. We respond differently. We listen differently. We love differently. And our children feel it.

what becomes possible?

Many parents join because they want more peace at home. More connection with their children. More trust in themselves. More joy in family life. Less pressure, less guilt and less feeling like they are carrying everything alone.

Whilst every parent's experience is different, many people leave feeling:

• More peaceful and less overwhelmed

• More connected to themselves and their children

• Less trapped in worry, guilt and self-doubt

• More confident in their ability to navigate challenges

• Better able to respond rather than react

• More trusting of themselves

• More hopeful about the future

Not because life suddenly becomes easy, but because they feel more grounded, connected and resourced to meet it.

What we explore:

This is a carefully curated, intuitive, and powerful six-week journey exploring:

  • What it really means to be well and at your best

  • How we can reconnect with our innate resilience, creativity and wellbeing

  • What gets in the way of you being at your best - your personal concerns and habitual patterns of stress, overwhelm, anger and emotional pressure

  • Why we lose faith in ourselves and others

  • What changes everything: insight, presence, and deep understanding

  • What becomes possible when you stop trying to fix and start listening

Along the way you will meet other parents navigating many of the same challenges and discover that you are far less alone than you might imagine.

You will leave feeling more grounded, nourished and confident in your ability to navigate whatever life is asking of you. Not because your circumstances have changed, but because your relationship to them has.

If this speaks to you, I would love to welcome you.

You do not need to have it all together.

You simply need a willingness to create some space and explore what helps you and your family be at your best.

Because who you are being matters. You matter.

Join us

Space to breathe. Space to connect.

Space to be.

Together, we will go on a journey of truly understanding wellbeing, not as something we need to "do" but as something we innately have—something we can effortlessly return to, no matter our circumstances.

Who we are

Be* at your best will be facilitated by Katherine Chidiac (Therapeutic Coach, Author) and Thomas Brosnan (Psychotherapist, Educator) with 30+ years combined experience in youth work, mental health, coaching, and transformational change.

About me

My name is Katherine Chidiac. I am a mum of four, author, therapeutic coach and founder of Plan.be*.

For over a decade I have worked with young people, parents and professionals across schools, alternative provision, universities and private practice. Today I continue to work on the frontline, supporting young people in crisis and the adults who care for them.

Again and again I see the same thing. Parents are carrying so much. They want the best for their children. They are trying their hardest. Yet so many feel overwhelmed, alone and unsure of what to do.

My mission with Plan.be* is simple: you are not alone.

When we ground ourselves in love and understanding rather than fear, something begins to change. We gain perspective. We reconnect with ourselves. We remember what really matters.

This group brings together my experience as both a parent and practitioner. It is a space to pause, reflect, reconnect and discover what helps you to be at your best, especially when parenting is at its most challenging.

You do not need to have all the answers. You simply need a willingness to show up, exactly as you are. All of you is welcome.
