My name is Katherine Chidiac. I am an intuitive healer and coach, mother, author and founder of Plan.be*—a movement to radically transform how we approach mental and emotional health. Less fear. More love. 

*become is for you if you hold everyone else, but rarely feel held yourself. You’re a leader, coach or therapist. A nurturer— someone others lean on. Someone others trust. And yet… You struggle. You are looking for answers.

What is Transformative Therapeutic Coaching?

I consistently support clients to achieve clinically significant results in overall wellbeing, anxiety, and depression, particularly those in crisis, using validated wellbeing measures (WEMWBS, GAD-7, PHQ-9).

But numbers alone don’t capture the depth of this experience.

In our 1:1 journey together, we explore three key dimensions that allow you to be at your best — to thrive and flourish. To fully realise your true potential.

  • Transformation begins when we understand the mind — not just manage it.

    So many of our personal struggles stem from a shared misunderstanding of how our minds work.
    Together, we explore what’s really behind your experience — what’s been true all along. Your insight into this is powerful and truly transformational.

  • The therapeutic part of our process is sacred. We will gently uncover and explore the root of your struggles that is holding you back from realising your full potential.

    Most of us have developed ways of coping that may not be serving us today. That’s ok.

    Together, we create space to understand and honour your circumstances and concerns. As, if left unresolved, things that bothered us yesterday will bother us today.

  • Once we’ve cleared what clouds your clarity, we reconnect you to what lights you up.

I know today, there are endless solutions to your problems, which can feel confusing and overwhelming. But the truth is, if you knew what the problem was, you would have solved it by now.

So, together, we will be stepping into the unknown and gently exploring what the actual problem is. This is intuitive work.

Healing mental and emotional struggles comes from presence and love. A fearless and open heart.

We are looking to take stuff off your mind, not add more by applying theories, methodologies, strategies, techniques, prescriptions or worse, hopeless diagnoses.

I am not trying to fix you because you are not broken.

Mental and emotional pain signals something important you are being invited to see. Together, we will be feeling our way through, listening to understand and hearing the wisdom your pain is calling forth.

Healing does not come from the head. True healing comes from the heart.

This immersion is not therapy or coaching as you’ve known it. This is a deep, transformative space to become who you were always meant to be.

I don’t clock-watch. Our sessions are not squeezed into fixed time slots. Our first four sessions will be at least 90 minutes—maybe longer. I recommend you set aside up to 2 hours and ideally time to relax afterwards. This isn’t surface work — it’s sacred, real, and human.

Cost and what’s included.

Three month deep transformation £2,190

  • 4 x 90-minute private immersion sessions
    (1x per week for the first month)
    → This is where the magic begins — 6 to 8 hours of deep transformation.

  • 2 x 60–90 min sessions every month thereafter (Months 2-3)
    → For continued support, clarity, and integration.

  • Ongoing voice + text support via WhatsApp
    → For Q&A, check-ins, and support between sessions.

Six month becoming journey £2,990

  • 4 x 90-minute private immersion sessions
    (1x per week for the first month)
    → This is where the magic begins — 6 to 8 hours of deep transformation.

  • 5 x 60–90 min sessions every month thereafter (Months 2-6)
    → For continued support, clarity, and integration.

  • Ongoing voice + text support via WhatsApp

Frustrated by unsatisfying solutions and fundamental misunderstandings, I founded the Plan.be* project in 2024 to change the game for people in mental or emotional crisis.
