My name is Katherine Chidiac. I’m a mother, author and founder of Plan.be*—a movement to radically transform how we approach mental and emotional health. Less fear. More love.

My one-to-one programme, be*, is for you if you hold everyone else, but rarely feel held yourself. You're a leader, coach or therapist. A mother or nurturer—someone others lean on. Someone others trust. And yet... You struggle.

You know the pain of over-giving, the weight of high-functioning and the quiet ache of not feeling fully seen. You've done the work. You've read the books. You're wise. And still something's calling.

Listen. It's the quiet invitation home to a more expansive freedom, a more embodied peace and a deeper love. To simply enjoy all there is to enjoy.

What we can’t be with won’t let us be.

Together, we will listen for the wisdom in your tears and your rage, gently untangling the beliefs, decisions and ways of being that no longer serve you, allowing your truth, wisdom and spirit to rise.

It's sacred. Messy. Brave. And you are not meant to do it alone.

This is not therapy or coaching as you may have known it. This is a deep, transformative immersion into being at your best in every area of your life.

Our starting point is simple. Neither of us yet knows exactly what you're up against. If you did, you would have solved it by now. So together we will be fearlessly stepping into the unknown. Not looking for what's wrong with you, but listening for what is right. Listening to understand.

This isn't about putting more on your plate. It's about gently taking things off it. Letting go of the beliefs, expectations and ways of being that no longer serve you, creating the space to love what you love. To simply be.

Who you are being matters. You matter.

I don't clock-watch. I recommend setting aside up to two hours for our sessions, together with time afterwards to rest and reflect. This is not surface work. It is spacious, relational and deeply human.

My work consistently achieves clinically significant improvements in wellbeing, anxiety and depression using validated measures.

But the greatest changes cannot always be measured. They are seen. They are felt. They are embodied.

It's the return of faith in yourself. Trusting your own innate wisdom again. Finding the freedom to simply enjoy being human.
