Being with love.

The Crete Retreat

3rd-8th May 2026

If Ibiza was the awakening…

Crete is the home coming.

This time we’re going deeper.

Think more barefoot, more honest, more you!

Five soul-full days of movement, insight and space.

A gentle, yet powerful immersion to slow down, reconnect and meet yourself truthfully.

Let old stories soften you and clarity rise — Allowing something new to begin.

This retreat is for you if you are still…

  • Stuck in the same exhausting loops — patterns you thought you’d outgrown, but here they are. Again!

  • Angry, bitter, or quietly resentful — especially toward yourself. The sabotage. The shame. The “What’s wrong with me?”

  • Tired. You’ve done the work. You’ve had the insights. But life still doesn’t feel like the one you know is possible

  • Disappointed. In people. In relationships. In yourself. Longing to connect yet guarded without meaning to be

  • Overwhelmed. By the weight of everything you carry. By what you’re holding together. By how hard it still feels

  • Afraid you’re leaning too hard on something — or someone — just to get through

  • Worried the future won’t live up to what you hoped for. And wondering what that means now

True transformation is messy.

Sacred. Brave.

And you are not meant to do it alone…

This isn’t an escape. This is a return to you being at your best.

The Retreat.

Together, we will be experiencing…

  • Sunrise meditations on a daily reading overlooking the Aegean Sea — Beginning each day from presence rather than pace

  • Morning yoga that quiets the mind by listening to the body — Less striving, more sensing

  • Workshops that gently shift what’s stuck — meeting your pain in a new way.

  • Open-hearted conversations — where insights land, not from force, but from space. Effortlessly

  • Beautiful shared meals made with love Authentic Greek home-style cooking that nourishes far more than just the body

  • Unrushed time — To swim. To rest. To wander — or do nothing at all

  • An optional surprise excursion — Moving together through nature and letting perspective shift on its own

  • The real you — coming into focus. No Performance. No pressure. Just rhythm.

Guided with care. Aligned with truth. Held with love.

The Setting…

Our home for the week is The Orizon Centre — a family-run retreat space set on a quiet hillside, overlooking the wide, open waters of Souda Bay.

Chosen for its stillness and serenity, Orizon is rustic, charming and deeply human. Simple by design. Unpolished in the best possible way.

With panoramic sea views, open terraces, a peaceful pool and a gentle footpath leading down to a hidden pebble beach, this is a place that naturally invites you to slow down.

Yoga and Plan.be* workshops take place in a bright, wooden-floored space with large windows and a sea-view terrace — open, calm and grounding. A setting where movement feels natural and stillness feels safe.

Accommodation is comfortable and thoughtful, with private outdoor space for quiet mornings and soft evenings. Not about indulgence — about ease. A place to sleep well, breathe deeply and feel held without distraction.

Meals are home-style and locally inspired, prepared with warmth and care. Food here feels personal. Unrushed. Gathering-oriented. The kind that brings people together to break bread and invites conversations to linger.

Though Orizon feels remote yet restful, the historic town of Chania, nearby beaches, tavernas and local villages are within easy reach — offering the perfect balance between retreat and exploration.

Accomodation

Accommodation at Orizon is simple, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged — designed to support rest, privacy and ease.

Rooms sit within a small collection of apartments, each with its own character and quiet charm. Every space includes a private balcony or terrace and some rooms offer stunning views over the Aegean Sea — creating space to breathe, reflect and begin or end the day slowly.

So whether it’s a morning coffee, a book in the afternoon shade or a soft landing at night, the pace here gently unwinds you.

Clean lines. Natural light. And Enough space to feel settled — without distraction.

You’ll have the option of shared or private accommodation, depending on what feels right for you. Some rooms naturally invite connection, others offer greater solitude — and all are designed to feel calm, grounding and supportive.

Accommodation is booked directly through Orizon, allowing you to choose the room that suit you best.

It’s the kind of place where you sleep deeply. Where mornings begin slowly. And where you feel genuinely rested — inside and out.

Meals, from the land to the table

Meals at Orizon are prepared at Akrimios Restaurant, a family-run kitchen rooted in traditional Cretan food and everyday hospitality. Much of what’s served comes directly from the family farm — seasonal vegetables, fresh dairy, pasture-raised produce, wild herbs, and generous use of local olive oil.

The food is simple, beautiful, and deeply nourishing, prepared in the same way it has been on Crete for generations.

There are no fixed menus. Meals follow the seasons, the land, and what’s freshest at the time. Cooking here isn’t about presentation, but care, consistency, and respect for ingredients.

For the retreat, breakfast and supper are shared together as part of a half-board option, enjoyed unhurriedly as the sun sets over the bay. Lunch is free-range, with time to explore Chania, eat by the sea, or prepare something simple yourself — all accommodation includes kitchen facilities.

What guests often remember most isn’t a particular dish, but how the meals make them feel — clear, supported, and at home.

Exactly the kind of nourishment this retreat is built around.

If you’re unsure which options are right for you, we’re always happy to guide you — calmly and simply

I'm There!

As we said, if Ibiza was the awakening. Crete is the homecoming.

This retreat isn’t about escape, fixing, or becoming someone new. It’s about returning to your body, your rhythm and who you already are when life slows down enough to listen.

If something in you softened while reading this… If your body felt a quiet yes

You don’t need to overthink it.

Trust that.

Places are intentionally limited to keep the space personal, held and human.

So if you’d like to join us, we’d love to welcome you — exactly as you are.

Helping you to be at your best, with love
