Helping young people to
be* at their best
Transformative Workshops
Does your organisation work with young people who need support?
Plan.be* is a project created to bridge the gap between your amazing opportunities and young people's capacity to take them on.
We have created a foundational group program that enables young people (15-25) to realise their innate mental health, wellbeing, creativity and resilience.
Welcome to Plan.be*
Britain's youth are in crisis. Current research shows mental health issues affecting 1 in 4 young people aged 15-25—rising to a staggering 83% among those in care systems.
Young people in care experience depression and anxiety at 3x the rate of their peers. Care leavers face even greater challenges, with 40% experiencing homelessness within two years and 67% reporting suicidal thoughts.
Despite these alarming figures, 72% of vulnerable youth face mental health service rejections or six-month waiting lists. Those most at risk receive the least support—perpetuating cycles of disadvantage.
NOT ON OUR WATCH…
There are no problems without solutions. Something needs to change.
A crisis demands a new approach

Sometimes we need to take a step back to effortlessly move forwards.
A fresh perspective
Who we are being matters as it will impact everything we do and bring to our world.
Struggling with life and mental health can be scary. Not being at our best can feel exhausting, depressing and frustrating.
Today, there are endless solutions to our mental health and wellbeing problems, which can feel confusing and overwhelming. As a result, young people feel unequipped, victimized, and broken. They lose faith in themselves, in others, and in their capacity to thrive.
What really helps?
The real crisis we're seeing stems from becoming lost in a sea of ideas, diagnoses, and labels that point us away from our own health. We're stuck in our heads, afraid of pain and trauma, always trying to fix rather than understand.
We will be zooming out for a fresh perspective on being human. We create space to step into the unknown to gently and safely explore what young people are up against.
What exactly is getting in the way of them being at their best?
This is intuitive work. Healing mental and emotional struggle does not come from the head-from theories, methods, strategies, diagnoses, prescriptions, tips or techniques… Healing comes from presence and love. A fearless and open heart.
We are not trying to fix young people, because they are not broken. We welcome the journey we are called to by our “negative” experiences and feelings. Mental and emotional pain signals something important we are being invited to see. Together, we will be listening to understand, hearing the wisdom our pain is calling forth. There will always be gold here for us… A more expansive freedom, an effortless joy, a deeper peace and the elusive unconditional love that comes from understanding.
The aim is to return young people to twinkling eyes that effortlessly reflect their innate health, wisdom and hope. They will have greater understanding and compassion, not just for themselves but for others around them.
Welcome to Plan.be*
My name is Katherine Chidiac. I founded and created the Plan.be* project to help young people realise their innate creativity and potential and be their best selves–no matter what they are up against.
As a working parent of four children myself, I fully understand what it takes and the pressure to fulfil these different roles.
If members of your team are struggling, I created this effective and transformational programme to help you to support your staff.
Space to be*

Sometimes we need to take a step back to effortlessly move forwards.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, complex and difficult.
But the solution to our problems is often simpler than we think…
The journey home to being well starts today.
We have developed a powerful, safe, effective, yet nourishing process to help young people truly be at their best.
I am confident that after just six-nine transformative sessions, they will experience a profound shift in their struggles and a renewed faith in their capacity to create a life they love.
They will be back in the game.
This has worked for thousands of people, no matter what they are up against. Because it’s helpful to understand how we work, life becomes less personal and–dare I say–more fun.
Yes, we are looking to take a lot off their plate to create space to be at their best, because it matters. Who we are being matters, as it will impact everything we do and bring to our world.

Sometimes, we need to take a step back in order to effortlessly move forward…

As part of the therapeutic coaching package, every client will undergo a pre/post questionnaire and survey to assess the result of our work together. Why? Because it works.
My clients receive a copy of my best-selling book, NOW IS NEW and a S*NOW globe. I also care to provide ongoing support throughout the program and beyond. My clients matter to me.
About me…
I founded the Plan.be* project in 2024 to change the game for people in crisis.
Why? Because I was frustrated by the current misunderstanding and unsatisfying solutions to the mental health crisis. Something has to change. As a certified coach and facilitator, I have worked with thousands of people, one-to-one and in groups, to help transform their inner game in businesses, organisations and educational settings.
After studying and training in a wide variety of methodologies that I draw on in my work, I have created a revolutionary approach that works. Most importantly I have transformed my own crisis, struggles and pain, which enables me to embrace and transform yours.
