Plan.be* is a project to enable young people to be* at their best.

To do this we must change the conversation…

We are living in a world where our children and their feelings are seen as a problem to be fixed, rescued, diagnosed and medicated.

As a result they feel alone, afraid, unequipped, victimised and broken.

Something needs to change.

And it starts here.

We refuse to let another generation lose faith in themselves, in others and in their innate capacity to thrive today.

It’s time
for a fresh perspective…

If you are in the business of helping young people to thrive and realise their potential, we want to support you to be* at your best.

We appreciate that today there are a lot of solutions to the mental health and wellbeing problems we are seeing. But with so many solutions why are our young people struggling more than ever? Perhaps we've been busy solving the wrong problems…

stats about ttheir health…

Plan.be* offers something different—something that actually works. We guide young people and those who support them to discover their innate capacity for mental health, resilience, and creativity.

No matter what circumstances

So, what really helps?

We get it. To be with a young person struggling with life and their mental health can feel scary. To be with someone who has lost the will to live feels frightening. It’s a big responsibility. Of course, we would do anything to help. We are desperate and afraid for them too.

However, when we are in fear or operating from an empty cup ourselves, we are not being at our best. This will feel exhausting, overwhelming, depressing and frustrating. We can’t do it. Of course we can’t. We shouldn’t have to because it’s not sustainable.

And most importantly it won’t bloody work.

The real mental health crisis we are are seeing stems from becoming lost in a sea of methodology, theories, ideas and labels that point us away from our own health.

We're stuck in our heads, afraid of pain and trauma, always trying to fix rather than understand.

Together, let’s zoom out for a fresh perspective on being human. We create space to step into the unknown to gently and safely explore what young people are up against.

What exactly is getting in the way of them being at their best?

This is intuitive work. Healing mental and emotional struggle does not come from the head-from theories, methods, strategies, labels, diagnoses, prescriptions, tools, tips or techniques… Healing comes from presence and love. A fearless and open heart.

Young people do not need fear.

They need love.

A radically new approach

Plan.be* welcomes the journey we are called to by our “negative” experiences and feelings. Mental and emotional pain signals something important we are being invited to see. Together, we will be listening to understand, hearing the wisdom our pain is calling forth. There will always be gold here for us… A more expansive freedom, an effortless joy, a deeper peace and the elusive unconditional love that comes from understanding.

The aim is to return our beautiful young humans to twinkling eyes that effortlessly reflect their innate health, wisdom and hope. Through greater understanding, they will have effortless compassion, not just for themselves, but for others around them. We stop looking at what's wrong with us and the world and start appreciating what's right. We shift from feeling broken to recognising our innate wellbeing.

Our transformative workshops and one-to-one transformative therapeutic coaching programmes create space to understand the genius of the human mind—how it works and why we struggle. Once we understand this, life becomes less personal and dare-we-say-it, more fun.
