Young Adult Therapeutic Coaching Package

I work with young people for a minimum of 5 sessions to lay the proven and game-changing foundations to their innate wellbeing and creativity.

We explore what gets in the way of them feeling confident, able and well. Whether they be struggling/stuck or challenging themselves to realise their potential, young people will realise how to effortlessly thrive no matter what circumstances they find themselves in.

If you are new to working with me, we begin with a minimum package of five 50-minute sessions in-person* or online.

*In-person takes place at Terapia, Finchley, North London.
